Job Summary: As a sales representative, you will run daily in home sales appointments.This is a base salary plus commission position.

Qualifications:

● Self-motivated and outgoing, self disciplined personality
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Professional demeanor and appearance
● Construction Experience a Plus
● Sales Rep experience a Plus
● Pass background check and drug screening
● Optimistic individual with a passion for obtaining goals and results
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
● High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred
● Proficient computer skills and general knowledge of data entry
● Valid Driver's license required

Primary Responsibilities

● Promote Porter's offerings to prospective buyers
● Participation in ongoing sales training
● Ensure a positive and professional experience at all times
● Meet daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales goals
● Manage client data in CRM
● Collaborate effectively with all team members and ensure understanding of all products and services offered
● Participate in weekly sales meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Base pay + commission up to $150,000 per year
